    It never made me feel bloated but were all different give it time some have stomach issues with it. The idea is to help people not eat as much, weight loss helps many improve there bs numbers. How long have you been on it, I know for many it gets better.

    If you're having stomach/GI distress or bloating, it could be from the metformin; call your doc and ask for an Rx for the extended-release metformin. It stops that stuff for most people, and there's no need for you to be miserable or uncomfortable while taking it.
    The decrease in appetite I consider a wonderful side-effect!
