Homemade Salad Dressings

I make ranch & russian dressings. For ranch I use 1cup low fat or FF sour cream, 1cup FF milk & 1 pack of the ranch mix. For russian I use 1/2 cup Low fat or FF sour cream, 1/2 cup mayo, 1 cup FF milk & a little bit of ketchup to taste. The mayo can be Low or FF.     Thanks, dogsandjogs, for the reply. I really don't like sweets at all; maybe have a dessert a couple times a year. I don't know if my cholesterol was checked during chemo. I have to make an appointment to see my PCP and I am just dreading another doctor appt.

    My blood sugar went up with Arimidex too. I found out when I had stomach flu and they did a blood test. I guess I will see what the Onc thinks about that next month. I am just so sick of doctors and medicines that I try to ignore it since I feel fine. Good luck!
