For example, there are simple MBBS doctors who have worked in Critical Care for few years and are better than many MD doctors because of their experience. If such a MBBS doctor diagnoses and treats a patient of MI with thrombolysis... suppose the patient succumbs and the doc gets sued...Now will the doctor stand guilty in the court of law just because he is not an MD or shall the court consider his experience in critical care valid and then get a fair trial...?
