Ich nehm seit dem 4.6. tgl. 500 mg Metformin . Die ersten 1,5 bis 2 Wochen hatte ich auch blhungen, die aber zum Glck ihren weg nach "drauen" gefunden haben. Mein Kreislauf ist teilweise ziemlich angeschlagen. Bei mir hilft es, wenn ich sptestens eine halbe Stunde nach dem Metformin was esse (auch wenn es nur ein Stck Schoki ist) Laut Beipackzettel, soll/kann man Metformin zu einer Mahlzeit einnehmen, dann wren die Nebenwirkungen nicht so schlimm.
