Not so sure about all of this…but worth passing on if It helps one person! Cinnamon and Honey Honey is the only food on the planet that will not spoil or rot. It will do what some call turning to sugar. In reality honey is always honey. However, when left in a cool dark place for a long time it will do what I rather call "crystallizing". When this happens I loosen the lid, boil some water, and sit the honey container in the hot water, off the heat and let it liquefy. It is then as good as it ever was. Never boil honey or put it in a microwave. To do so will kill the enzymes in the honey. I have bought some cinnamon tea bags and the ingredients state four types of pure cinnamon but there is no nutritional breakdown regarding sugars etc. It does not say there is any sugar in it but it tastes very sweet so I am wondering if its OK to drink it

    cinnamon tea and cinnamon do affect the blood sugar a bit downwards..(of cause only if there is no sugar in it) but avoiding carbs in the food we eat is really what makes a difference..
    cinnamon have more kinds , and it is the cheaper kind that lowers blood sugar a bit, maybe due to some ingredient in it.
    Cinnamon is not healthy eaten in very high amounts like over a teaspoon a day...
