    Not only fenugreek. Any fibre rich vegetables or other plan products help release glucose slowly. I personally find one piece of cucumber before or along with meal helps reduce post prandial blood sugar. My blood sugar PPBS without cucumber is 140–160 while with cucumber it is at 120–140.
