I have been diabetic for 11 years now. Lately, I have noticed dry patches on my elbows and especially my feet and lower legs. I also have eczema and am allergic to many things. The skin on my feet was so dry I was afraid it would crack and foot sores are something all diabetics want to avoid. I tried some other moisturizers, but they either smelled heavy with perfume or aggravated my eczema. This moisturizing cream has been wonderful. It has no smell, is quickly absorbed into the skin, and must be hypoallergenic as It does not bother my eczema or any other allergies. The best time to use it is directly after showering and towel drying. The shower already has added some moisture to the skin and the cream will help lock that in, plus add more moisturizers. It has since gone into type 1 about 5 years ago. My skin got so dry, itchy, and totally unattractive.
