Hello everyone so I just needed a good place to vent about this. I live in NJ and I am on Horizon Blue Cross Bluue Shield insurance. At the beginning of this year my Omnipod billing is now being handled by a company called carecentrix (as far as i know this is only in NJ & no notice was sent out that they would be taking over billing for my pods, so I had a bill from these people with no explanation just saying "Diabetes Supplies") and the company is terrible. I get bills from them two months after I have received the products which is only weeks before they send the bills to collections. Just recently I tried to pay off a bill (one I got a discount on after I threw a fit for an earlier mistake) and they applied the credit and my money to the wrong bill, one that was not past due and one that did not need to be payed off yet. So the other bill was now deemed "late". I'm great with my bills and i'm a pretty reasonable guy but this company makes me look like an asshole and I feel like every time I call it devolves into me being pissed off at something they did.
