My big problem is, I am not very good at drinking water and I know how important it is especially after surgery to flush everything out of the system. So - can I have lemon barley water? I don't have it very strong but need something to make sure that I drink plenty. I should say I don't like diet squashes as I find their taste always leaves me with an aftertaste.
