Well, my sugars are up once again. Starting the mornings around 13, and climbing after breakfast. Late in the day they seem to come down to 7 - 10. Taking Janumet right now, and also starting to take Brewer's yeast again. Any thoughts on this, and on the amount to take per day of the Brewer's Yeast if it will indeed help. I have 650mg tablets.
