Normally we test 2 hours after a meal. It's good to know the blood sugar before you eat so you can see what the rise is after eating. And of course we test in the morning before eating breakfast. You numbers don't look bad. I'm wondering why you're worried. Is there diabetes in your family? You may be stressing yourself out for no reason.
